A quick and dirty analysis of shifting elements. The grading to the west has been steepened to 2:1 and the array has been shifted west. The grading to the east has started at the 140’ desired buffer and remains at 2:1. This results in 90% of the panels proposed in the early January BSC Plans. With a bit of work proposing to regrade more of the western side of the property, one could squeeze another few panels on that side.

The early January BSC plans over the aerial imagery of the site. To the east, there are lines at the 100’, 140’ and approximated toe of slope. The arrays that would be lost with the 140’ buffer are outlined in black.
